Tampa Real Estate Update-from National Association of Realtors.

Hi Everyone,

Here's yet another report. This is from our local Tampa Board of Realtors. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet but wanted to get it out for those of you who saw the Zillow report the other day. I'm sure they are different. These transactions only take into account closings that were handled by a Realtor. Any FSBO's will not be listed here.

This report will be produced on a quarterly basis and provides comprehensive information on the state of the market in our area.

The second edition of this report has just been received and is now available to you as a benefit of your membership with the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS.
