Skypoint Condos-Market Update!-Tampa Fl

Hello Everyone,

Recently we have been getting a large amount of inquires for Skypoint in Downtown Tampa. I wanted to make sure I was able to get the info to the people who were looking to purchase a unit.

View looking West, SW from 14th floor 2/2 that my client purchased. Not for sale.

Here's the scoop............. as of today they have 26 units in the MLS.

The lowest priced unit is 607 sf, 1/1 for 189,700. If I remember correctly that was the price they started at, so not a bad deal if your looking to live in Downtown Tampa.

The highest priced unit is 629,900 for a 2/2 at 1,163 sf.

That's on the 26th Floor.

This is a picture of the same sized unit on the 14th floor, so you can imagine what the views are like even higher!

The largest unit is 1,330 sf and on the 13th floor listed at 492K.
